推廣產品環境友善化設計及環境教育專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要目標為分眾推廣產品環境友善化設計理念及校園環境教育宣傳工作,以促進資源循環。主要執行成果為:(一)研擬電機電子產品綠色設計量化指標並完成編撰綠色設計指引手冊1式,以促進產業界研發產品環境友善化設計或技術;(二)辦理國小種子講師培訓課程計6場培訓231位及校園宣導計46場參與5,400位,提升國小學生族群對於循環經濟及限塑政策議題的認識,並將循環經濟及綠色設計理念導入4所大專院校之學期課程,以培養未來設計者與消費者具備對環境友善產品或環保生活的認知;(三)研擬「循環經濟_促進再生物料循環利用評鑑作業」制度,並因應國際對海洋塑膠垃圾議題,選定以廢塑膠類處理及再利用機構進行評鑑,促進產業間相互觀摩與提升物料循環使用;(四)持續推廣搖籃到搖籃策略聯盟,本(108)年已邀請約20家廠商參與策略聯盟運作及完成10場分組討論會,並輔導及串連聯盟會員推動3項專案計畫,如嬰幼兒健康循環服飾、布條旗幟循環及健康循環印刷產品等,落實產業鏈結及資源循環。

Project to Promote with Environmentally Friendly Design ,and Environmental Education Workplan

英文摘要 This Plan was implemented over the period from March 11, 2019 to the end of December, 2019. The main objective of the Plan was to achieve the segmented promotion of environmentally-friendly product design principles and to further environmental education in schools, so as to promote the recycling of resources. The main results achieved were as follows: (I) Formulation of quantitative indicators for the Green Design of electromechanical and electronic products, and compilation of a Green Design Handbook, so as to promote the development of environmentally-friendly product design and technology in industry. (II) Holding of 6 “train the trainers” courses for elementary schools, with 231 people participating, and 46 school promotion activities, with 5,400 people participating, so as to spread awareness of the circular economy and plastic products restriction policy issues among elementary school students; incorporation of circular economy and Green Design principles into the curriculum at 4 universities and colleges, to help ensure that the designers and consumers of the future have enhanced awareness of environmentally-friendly products and environmentally-friendly lifestyles. (III) Formulation of the “Circular Economy - Promotion of Assessment Operations in Relation to the Circular Utilization of Recycled Materials” system, and responding to growing international concern over the issue of plastic waste in the oceans by selecting plastic waste processing and recycling organizations as the target for assessment, so as to promote cross-industry mutual learning and enhance the circular utilization of materials. (IV) Continued promotion of the Taiwan Cradle to Cradle Strategic Alliance. This year (2019), 20 firms have been invited to join the Alliance, and 10 panel discussion sessions have been held; in addition, guidance and coordination were provided to help Alliance members implement three special projects - focusing on healthy circular economy clothing for young children, circular utilization of banners and flags and healthy circular economy printed products, etc. - so as to realize the circular economy in relation to industrial supply chains and resource usage.
