109年度臺中市河川、海域水體水質監測計畫

中文摘要 (一)目前臺中市河川水質(17站次)狀況歷年來大致穩定,受到地質影響(錳為地殼中主要元素,在水質之pH為中及鹼性之條件下,大多以非溶解性之氧化態存在,自然水體中含量本高)使重金屬錳(Mn)為經常性超標之項目。部分針對性測站如大肚溪與大安溪部分,因位於河川出海口河段而受漲退潮之海水影響至導電度偏高,而大安溪中科三期放流口下游之總磷與氨氮值有偏高的情形,於1月至12月間共計執行1,008項次之檢測,其中有789項次符合丙類水體標準,其符合率最高者為9、10月份的83.3%,其他月份符合率則介於60.7 %~82.1%,總符合率為78.3 %,今年臺中市整體河川水質狀況與去(108)年比較,部分測站至目前為止有惡化之情況,推測受今年度貧雨因素,為近10年來降雨量最低的一年,導致河川水質整體有惡化之情況。 (二)市區區域排水測站(15站次)除了旱溪排水(未稍受污染)、綠川(輕度污染)、南邊溪(未稍受污染))外,其餘皆呈現「中度污染」之水質污染程度,與去(108)年比較旱溪排水RPI=1.92提升至「未稍受污染」、南邊溪RPI=1.98提升至「未稍受污染」,其餘維持與去(108)年等級。 (三)海線河川及區域排水(18站次)之臺中港區區域排水呈現「未稍受污染」~「中度污染」,頂店第二大排RPI=1.84之區域排水則呈現「未稍受污染」之水質污染程度;溫寮溪RPI=2.20、北汕溪RPI=2.48、頂店圳RPI=2.08之區域排水則呈現「輕度污染」之水質污染程度,而溫寮溪及大甲地區之北汕溪、頂店圳排水則惡化為「輕度污染」程度,其餘維持與去(108)年等級。 (四)海域水質(5站次)檢測結果顯示,臺中地區沿海水質狀況十分良好,目前總共80項次檢測中,共計80項次符合甲類海域地面水體水質標準及保護人體健康環境基準,符合率為100%,維持在與去(108)年皆符合標準狀況。 (五)海灘水質(2站次) 7、9月份則達「優良」之等級3~6、8、10月份海灘水質皆呈現「普通」之等級,其中大腸桿菌群、腸球菌群、濁度偶有受海流及大安溪匯入影響而偏高,導致海灘水質未能全年度維持「優良」等級。

2020 Taichung River and Sea Water Quality Monitoring Project
