(1)Execution of street flushing
The total length of road washing operations in this plan is 71,362.5 kilometers, and the total project progress rate is 101.9%. The total water consumption for street washing is 77,082.99 tons. The average monthly water consumption per unit length (km) is 1.08 metric tons. The average unit water consumption is also the same, which is greater than the contractual water consumption.
(2)Water quality testing
The project plans a total of 14 qualified discharge water intake points. In May 2020, August 2020, November 2020 and February 2021, 4 water quality inspection operations were completed; suspended solids at each water intake point ( The concentration of SS) is between <2.5~39 mg/L, which meets the water specifications of this project; the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) is between 6.7 and 8.9, which also meets the water specifications of this project; the amount of dissolved oxygen ( DO) is between 1.3~9.0mg/L, the second water quality test Anping Water Resources Center (DO) is 1.3 mg/L and Guantian Water Resources Center (DO) is 2.5mg/L, the water quality of these two places Disqualified after receiving the letter from the bureau, it will be suspended for use, and the water will be retested on 6/1. The test result meets the land surface water quality standard, pH is 7.0~7.5, SS is 2.5~9.4 mg/L, and DO is 5.8~ 6.8 mg/L, the re-inspection was qualified and started to be taken on 6/13. (4)Performance evaluation for the street flushing
To evaluate the performance of reduction in the street flushing and establish the road emission coefficients of the city, 96 spots were selected on 16 roads and streets in the street cleaning project for street dust load testing and sample analysis before and after the flushing. Before the street flushing, The average street dust before street washing is 0.3680~2.0645 g/m2, and the average street dust after street washing is between 0.1092~0.4823 g/m2, and the overall reduction rate is 75.78%. The result of street dust testing shows that the street before and after street washing operation The dust removal effect is different in the average load of each road section. The removal efficiency in the first quarter is lower than that in the second to the four seasons. The main reason is that the street dust on the road before washing is already low and the street dust that can be cleaned and walked may be limited. The efficiency is high, but the overall reduction rate of street washing operations is still more than 75.78%.
(5)Integration of city-wide street flushing and sweeping resources
Consolidate the cleaning and sweeping lengths of the main road maintenance units in the city. At this stage, the total length of street cleaning operations (as of April) is 71,362.50 kilometers. The cleaning teams in all districts have performed cleaning and sweeping operations in total of 312,999.14 kilometers.
