The study analyzed the reports of vibration in the past three years, and the results showed that the number of cases where the vibration sources from the construction projects was the largest, accounting for 46% of all cases. Measured the 24-hour triaxial environmental vibrations in 15 places on-site. The selection of the measurement places refers to the environmental vibration locations monitored by the environmental impact assessment monitoring and noise hotspots.
Implementation of "noise prone facilities", the differences in the self-management of construction projects or equipment control between Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore were analyzed and compared. A management plan suitable for Taiwan was developed a low-noise self-certification.
