109年臺中市政府執行環境教育專案計畫

中文摘要 本計畫希冀經由推動在地化特色環境教育,藉以提升市民環境倫理 與責任,啟發環境素養與覺知,進而發展為城市永續發展的理念。本計畫執行成果如下: 一、 辦理配合地球日及世界環境日暨臺中市環境教育系列活動:辦理地球日與世界環境日環境教育系列活動25 場次,將環境教育帶入生活中,增進民眾對環境教育的了解,進而採取友善環境之行動,共計756 人參與活動;辦理「地球日50 週年-綠色行動GO!說到做到愛臺中環保戲劇競賽初賽頒獎」、「世界環境日-臺中好棲地,保護環境好Easy」,共計795 人參與活動,期許民眾共同加入守護及保護地球之行列。 二、 和平區環境教育專案計畫:辦理和平區環境教育活動9 場次,到偏鄉推動環境教育資源得以充分運用,給予和平區民眾正確環境教育理念與內涵認知,並對環境友善之理念融入生活當中,共計227 人參與活動。 三、 環境知識競賽臺中市初賽:辦理環境知識競賽臺中市初賽說明會,鼓勵各級學校老師及學生主動參與及自辦初賽事宜;辦理環境知識競賽臺中市初賽1場次,共計293 人參賽,將環境議題、環保時事列入考題中,增加參賽者對環境議題的認識,並協助各組前五名參與全國決賽。 四、 環保戲劇競賽臺中市初賽計畫:辦理環保戲劇競賽初賽活動辦法審查,擬定適合臺中市競賽須知及注意事項;辦理環保戲劇工作坊,講授戲劇表演技巧及環境保護知識,以提供有意參賽者在編撰劇本時資料之正確性;辦理劇本審查及表演評審,共10 件作品通過劇本審查進入表演評審;評審結果由大肚魚劇團榮獲第一名,將代表臺中市參加分區決賽,並協助提供劇團參加決賽隊伍專詢家諮,於7 月7 日及23 日輔導2 場次。藉由戲劇演出的方式,將在地環境議題主軸與生活融入劇本中,以戲劇演出,增進民眾對環境教育的了解,友善環境之行動,將環境關懷的種子播種每個人的心中。 五、 臺中市環境教育繪本徵選及推廣計畫:辦理環境教育繪本徵選辦法審查會議,擬定符合其適切性之競賽辦法;辦理環保戲劇工作坊,鼓勵對繪本有興趣的市民,結合生活經驗運用創意發想,以繪畫的方式製作故事繪本,讓環境教育繪本故事渲染在每位市民心中;辦理繪本審查會議,由評審團評選出4 本優良作品,並辦理頒獎典禮表揚優秀的創作者;辦理環境教育繪本幼兒園推廣活動,以臺中市109 年度徵選出之優良環境教育繪本作品為主軸,藉由說演人員以生動活潑的說演方式與鋪陳互動,使小朋友們沉浸在有趣的環境故事情節裡,藉此將環境教育向下扎根,讓大、小朋友都能樂於閱讀,更樂於在日常生活中貫徹環保,活動共計657 人參與。 六、 社區環境魔法師:辦理社區環境教育巡迴活動21 場次,深耕環境教育於在地社區,以不同領域、多元方式及環境議題做為宣導主題,讓環境教育的推動工作普及於市區鄰里並與社區居家生活相結合,共計592人參與。

Taichung City Government implemented the environmental education project plan in 2020.

英文摘要 In this project, we executed environmental education events in Taichung city.Throughout these events we let the participants evoke their responsibility andawareness of environmental protection and advocate the concept of sustainable development. The results are as followings: I. The Serial Activities for Earth Day and World Environmental Day. Throughout 25 sessions of activities, we brought the concepts of environmental protection into citizen’s daily lives. Hence, we encouraged the citizens taking actions to protect the environment in everyday lives. There were 756 participants in total. In addition, there were two special events “50 anniversary of Earth Day – Go for Green actions!” and “World Environment Day – Easy steps to protect our environment” for celebrating the Earth Day and World Environment Day. 795 people joined these events. By these events, we hope to evoke the citizens in Taichung City to protect the earth together with the government. II. The Environmental Education Activities in Heping Districts in Taichung City. To enhance the rural environmental education in Taichung City, 9 sessions of environmental education activities were designed and accomplished in Heping district. 227 participants in total attended these activities. Giving the correct ideals of environmental protection to the citizens living in Heping district, we expect them to have the right attitude toward environmental protection and know how to be more environmentally friendly in daily lives. III. The Preliminary of Environmental Knowledge Hold the orientation of the preliminary of environmental knowledge in Taichung City, we encouraged the students and teachers in Taichung City to join this competition. After the orientation, we held the preliminary of environmental knowledge. There were 293 contestants joining in this preliminary. Then we assisted the top five contestants to attend the national finals of environmental knowledge. IV. Environmental Protection Drama Preliminary Before the contest, we held the regulation review meeting for Environmental Protection Drama Contest to make sure the regulation was just and appropriate for Taichung City. Then we held an environmental protection drama workshop online due to the CODVID 19 pandemic; made sure that every competition team had the thorough understand of every criterion in this contest. There were 10 plays passed the script review and attended the city finals. Big Belly Fish Troupe was the champion in Taichung City. After 2 sessions of expert’s coaching on 7th and 23th July, Big Belly Fish Troupe represented Taichung City to join the regional finals. We hope via this drama contests to let the contestants and the audiences to understand the importance of environmental protection. V. Taichung Environmental Education Drawing Book Selection and Promotion To enhance environmental education in Taichung City, we invited the citizens to create environmental protection related drawing book as a competition. Before the competition, we held the regulation review meeting for the Environmental Education Drawing Book Competition to make sure the regulation was appropriate for Taichung City. Then we held the workshop and made sure that every contestant had the proper ideas to create an environmental education drawing book that related to their experiences. There were 4 outstanding drawing books selected in this contest by drawing book and environmental education experts. We held the awards ceremony to praise these creators then used these awarded drawing books to promote the concepts of environmental protection to the public. 657 people have attended these promotions due to the storyteller’s interesting performance. Hopefully, we can develop another interesting and educational way to promote the importance of environmental education. VI. Environmental Magician in Community Environmental Magician in Community (EMC) is a circuit activity to promote the environmental protection concepts within the communities (focused on the elders). There were 21 sessions of EM were held in this project. 592 locals joined in these activities to learn the environmental protection concepts by creative DIY activities. Numerous environmental issues combined with home life were displayed within communities, hence let the elders can learn the environmental protection knowledge without any distance.
