空氣品質暨環境監測科教推廣計畫

中文摘要 本計畫協助行政院環境保護署,執行空氣品質及環境監測科教推廣計畫之委託專案,執行成果如下: (一) 完成調查國內外官方(中央、地方縣市政府)、民間空氣品質及環境監測資訊推廣樣態及民眾觸及方式,透過蒐研文獻資料、網路聲量基礎分析、空氣品質監測網平臺網站進行彙整分析。 (二) 透過Google Analytics分析「空氣品質監測網」流量及使用者行為,分析結果顯示,自開站以來瀏覽人次逐步上升,使用者族群以中高齡群眾為主(佔整體50%至60%),大部分使用者習慣以行動裝置瀏覽網站。 (三) 蒐研我國民眾對空氣污染防制或行動認知,並以個人或環境風險影響情形、空氣品質認知程度與資訊管道之衡量構面等相關研究,以瞭解民眾對於空氣污染議題之認知、態度或行為,供環保署未來如需擴大推廣監測資訊之參考用。 (四) 完成研析各國及相關單位之空氣品質資訊平台的特色(共計19個),並比較各國平臺介面功能操作、數據呈現方式與查詢功能性與健康影響及活動建議,提供環保署未來參考。 (五) 完成4組空氣品質預報套用版圖文模組,共計20款圖文設計圖,主題包含:「常態預報」、「預警預報」、「天氣型態與臨時支援」、「生活議題」。各模組包含主圖、周邊配圖及標示、主題背景等元素,提供環保署將環境監測資訊轉譯為具視覺傳播功能之圖文,可運用於空品預報,提升專業空品監測資訊宣導效益。 (六) 完成空氣品質監測主題之懶人包5款,主題分別為「常見的空氣污染物有哪些」、「擴散條件對空氣品質的影響」、「今天空氣品質如何–AQI指標報你知」、「空品環境數據一把罩」及「臭氧知多少」。提供環保署作為科普推廣、媒體應用,說明空氣品質基礎概念的輔助字卡,或其他政策宣導之用。 (七) 協助環保署辦理「環境物聯網應用系統教育訓練課程」,提升相關從業人員對於空污感測器數據品質之認知,及對物聯網展示及分析平臺之功能操作使用能力。

Air Quality & Environment Monitoring Popular Science Project

英文摘要 This project assists the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan to implement the entrusted project of the air quality and environmental monitoring science and education promotion plan. The implementation results are as follows: (一) Completed a survey of domestic and foreign official (central government, city governments), platform website analysis’ regarding local air quality and environmental monitoring. (二) The results of website platform and users information analysis conducted with Google Analytics shows that since the website was launched, the number of visitors has gradually increased, and the user groups are mainly middle-aged and elderly people (about 50% to 60%). Mainly through browsing on mobile devices. (三) Collecting data regarding citizens air pollution prevention awareness, using relevant research data such as the impact of personal or environmental risks, to understand the public's cognition, attitude or behavior on air pollution issues. For the reference of the Environmental Protection Agency in future policies. (四) Research and analysis of the air quality information platforms of various countries and related units (19 in total). Focus on the contrast of each platform interface, data presentation methods, query functionality, health impact and activity suggestions. For the reference of the Environmental Protection Agency in future policies. (五) Completed 4 sets of air quality forecast graphic modules(20 in total). The Main Topics include: "normal forecast", "early warning forecast", "weather patterns and temporary support", "life issues" ". Each of the modules contents include elements such as surrounding graphic icons and themed backgrounds, to transfer environmental monitoring information into graphics to reach visual communication functions, which can be applied by the EPA to enhance its professional study and promotions. (六) Completed 5 air quality monitoring themes brief reports, with the topic "What are the common air pollutants", "The impact of diffusion conditions on air quality" and "How is the air quality today-AQI indicators report to you", " Air Quality product environmental data is fully included" and "Learning the ozone layer ". For the reference of the Environmental Protection Agency in future policies. (七) Conducting education and training courses of environmental application system lessons, improve the data analysis between the EPA and the local environmental protection bureau. Enhance the practitioners' skills of operating and applying with the system.
