This project conducted from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022. It is a two-year project and has continuity. The auditing and certification include throughput auditing, operating procedures auditing, environmental auditing, recycled materials and waste inspection, accounting auditing, CCTV auditing. The auditing targets focus on a total of 13 waste tire disposal companies in Taiwan who are qualified as subsidized institution. In line with the submission schedule of the results report, the statement on the status of statistical processing is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
The work items listed in project contract have all been accomplished. Among them, the waste tire audit and certification must be carried out for 8,460 audits and certifications for the disposal industry, 6,315 on-site audits, 2,145 irregular audits, 54 recycled materials and waste flow tracking, 22 GPS checks and the third-party weighing check 36 times. The audited and certified quantity of waste tires is 275,026,600kilograms, and the audited and certified quantity of waste special tires is 19,026 pieces. To prevent overpayment of subsidy fees, a total of NT$29,988,426 dollars in subsidy payments was saved. A total of 12 written review operations for the change of subsidized institutions and 1 on-site survey operation for the subsidy qualification of the waste tire processing industry. In addition to auditing procedures, it also includes various certification documents, results report, procedure analysis, and manual revision.
According to the results of the implementation to judge the waste disposal operator's field management, through the recycling waste auditing and certification operation manual, and incorporate it into the self-management form application, it is expected to improve the agency's independent management ability and effectively reduce the occurrence of abnormal events.
