Our country is faced with problems such as insufficient natural resources and lack of waste disposal channels. In order to effectively promote recycling and strengthen the management of reusable resources, the project collects international measures or legal tools related to promoting resource recycling and reviews the role between Resource Recycling Act and Waste Disposal Act and proposes feasible strategies or legal tools to promote using renewable resources or materials. In addition, in order to promote resource recycling, source reduction and proper waste disposal, the project collects domestic and foreign financial tools, so as to plan a suitable management model for our country. Through rewarding or subsidizing the related costs of improving quality of recycled products can increase the market incentive to use re-used products. The project assisted in 1 expert consultation meeting and 8 law revision symposiums during the implementation to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of Waste Disposal Act, so as to fulfill the legal system, curb lawlessness and maintain environmental justice.
