農業剩餘資材生質化與都市生活垃圾熱處理之測試評估計畫

中文摘要 本計畫利用乾餾處理爐之處理設施,在無空氣進入之封閉系統內,測試三種類型之農業剩餘資材(稻殼、玉米皮、鳳梨皮)及兩類野草(培地茅、狼尾草),控制乾餾爐加熱率與爐體,分別在乾餾生成氣體達到250℃、270℃及290℃的恆溫條件下,維持30分鐘。在乾餾處理過程中,當爐內資材受熱達到複合材質的氣化條件,則揮發生成複合材質之氣體,將氣化氣體經冷凝器收集冷凝後之液體,最後完成乾餾處理測試,並以質能平衡評估各類資材資源化成果。乾餾處理後之剩餘固體物,檢測其熱值,結果均在5,500kcal/kg以上,足夠充當火力電廠之燃煤用,產生新能源資源物。 其次本計畫利用蒸煮爐熱處理都市生活垃圾,其熱源利用5大氣壓溫度小於170℃之過熱蒸氣,直接流入蒸煮爐直接加熱蒸煮四種代表性之都市生活垃圾 (保麗龍、廚餘、塑膠袋、寶特瓶),待蒸煮處理30分鐘後,其殘留乾燥固體物,用目視檢測保麗龍、塑膠袋及寶特瓶,因蒸氣溫度小於170℃,故其碳氫未分解析出碳氫化合物,其碳氫比特性與其原物處理前相同;而廚餘經蒸煮30分鐘後其臭味已去除,水分也蒸發,爐體內只剩廚餘原固體物如碳氫化合物等原物料,因此蒸煮後之原物質與蒸煮前相同。理化檢測廚餘蒸煮後與廚餘蒸煮後再經乾餾處理完成後之理化特性,以其碳氫比及煤化特性,評估廚餘經蒸煮與乾餾處理後之殘留固體,其熱值大於5,500kcal/kg,亦可當燃料用。

英文摘要 The torrefaction furnace was controlled at a specific experimental setting in order to turn those residual (the agricultural remainders and the weeds) into alternative biochemistry energy. The heating rate of torrefaction furnance was controlled at a constant speed to increase the torrefied gas temperature, which is from the process of torrefaction, at 250℃, 270℃, and 290℃, lasting for 30 minutes respectively. After the experimental testing, all of the solid residual (after the torrefaction) was detected having heating value more than 5500Kcal/Kg, which can be used as alternative energy for thermal power plant. The superheated vapor in this study was defined as the pressure is 5 bar and the temperature is between 152℃ to 170℃. The study tried to use the superheated vapor to cook the municipal solid waste. There are at least four different types of municipal solid waste such as Styrofoam, plastics, PET, and food waste to be tested. And the process of cooking those four types of municipal solid waste lasted for 30 minutes respectively. Through the process of cooking (which lasted for 30 minutes), the smelly food waste became odorless, and the moisture of solid residual (food waste) was taken out as well. However, the hydrocarbon of solid residual (food waste) remained the same as before. The solid residual (food waste) were considered as organic, and were further tested through torrefaction. The results found out that the heating value of solid residual (food waste) were detected more than 5,500Kcal/Kg, which suggested that the solid residual (food waste) could be used as alternative fuel.
